Kanala Beach menu is an innovative varied proposal created by Jon Otxandio and the legendary chef Josemi Olazabalaga (Michelin star at Aizian restaurant) during a temporary start-up collaboration.

Cooked with oodles of love and prepared to please and surprise, the dishes blend expertise with a touch of creativity.

The GASTRONOMIC dining room has been designed for you to enjoy all the nuances of our culinary offer.

The GASTRONOMIC menu proposes a journey with four possible stages:

Stage one – Product. Dishes where the raw material plays the main role: Joselito ham, Huelva prawns, Wagyu salted cured meat, foie, anchovy, and peppers.

Stage two – Starters. The chef’s proposals are absolute delicacies with highly personal touches.

Stage three – Main courses. Memorable fish and meat dishes.

Last but not least, the dessert, an irresistible temptation.

TERRACE – Rice dishes

 

The TERRACE dining room menu is a lighter proposal yet likewise abounding with flavours and top quality products. You can share all kinds of dishes outdoors on the Terrace. However, it goes without saying our selection of rice dishes will surprise you.

Kanala Beach organized a culinary encounter in June 2024 between the Alicante rice master César Marquiegui and our chef Jon Otxandio. As a result of this collaboration, several rice dishes were created, which are now available on the TERRACE menu.

These are not the Valencian paella or Alicante rice dishes. They are Kanala Beach proposals for rice dishes slowly reduced homemade stocks and top quality ingredients.

These are prepared on order, meaning a 20/25 minute wait.

2 people minimum.
